I would suggest to remove the META, and customize the sidebar a little more. Add in SEO friendly plugins - it will help you in the long run. Also change up small things like the "just another wordpress blog" should probably be more customized to your site. And if you can afford it - buy your own hosting and domain if you want this to be a main or "serious" blog, not just part of your farm-village. BUT - excellent content! That is usually what lacks in these types of areas. I can see that it is something that you're passionate about - so good choice in niche! Now set up some herbal store, or forum, get a free podcast going, and shoot up youtube videos that are linked to your facebook and twitter and watch your popularity pick up.
Valid points above and i agree but something you are doing very well is updating the content and keeping it fresh and unique. Something very important when it comes to blogs these days. Great work

A little advice from me: Change your website title to be a convenient word to be read and give a clearer description of the contents of your website.
I wouldn't design a health blog so that it would look as the skin of a person with measles. Change that background.
