I will try to reduce some ads to look better..

 

I have improved my blog very much I can...Please take a look again ......

 

It works slow for me. What i saw first when i opened blog was a lot of ads.
And google search box is on google banner

 

Very nice site! I would recommend that you stop each of your articles on your main page after a paragraph or two, with the link "continue reading". The link, of course, goes to the article's individual page. That way everything is simplified and cleaned up, making your main page very easy to navigate. Well done!

The design looks messy because you added so many google ads at the top.

 

I agree with others.
First, you put too many ads on your blog. Sometime reader can seem that a bit annoying.
Second, your blog layout is quite a mess. Maybe because of the ads you put.

Try to remove some ads, and make it more organize. Good luck.
