If you have written the content yourself that is a nice blog, very informative. Just be aware that flash gets on many peoples nerves.
Sorry, you may not be familiar with that expression, it means flash is very irritating to visitors, for instance, if I personally go to a site with flashing ads, I hit the back button immediately, but other people may have different views of course.
The contents are more and the layout is little messed if you take the sidebar because you have widgets of different sizes.The background art (batsman and bowlers) are really nice artwork.The header needs some more sharpness.
@Tiddles I got expression but there is no flash content in my website, may be it was flash ad when you visit.. @2advance, I am working with that and I have to keep widgets since they are important widgets for cricket blog. I may remove that facebook widget, I think its not necessary.
Thanks I am happy majority people like it. And yeah I too think its messy but cannot do anything since all that information / tools / widgets are required in that blog.

You will probably agree this looks a bit messy, this is where your problem is and you need a drastic redesign. I am no designer but my thoughts are: Get rid of those Adsense image ads. use standard size text links instead Get rid of that Google chrome banner Take that calendar thing out and put it above your first post. Arrange the Adsense ads in a symmetrical pattern. Get yourself a nice header graphic. Have a fiddle about with the ad layout, then see how it looks. my $0.02 if it's any help.
What screen resolution you are using..since menubar seems not to be fitting in your screen and coming down !!! Search box is out of sidebar too
