Hello, Before the site was a blog it was gaming community. I turned it into a blog after I got bored with the community. I'm using a free wordpress theme but i'll change it later down the road. The blog currently has over 40 post that I've made in the last 2 - 3 weeks. http://noobgamers.com/
I like the design in general and I also like the posting area. But I don't really like the sidebar. The sections there seem too large. Could you perhaps resize the two server boxes so that they fit next to each other? And then I would also reduce the tag cloud because it is too big and contains too many elements (there's like 50 tags on there? not really "popular tags"). Finally, I think the ventrilo box could be smaller (i.e. don't write "IP:" because everybody knows that 72...:13356 is the IP, and then put "JOIN" next to that). The result of all this resizing is that you see more of these elements when you first arrive on the page, rather than having to scroll down.
Thank you momentio, I will have to ask in the theme maker support forum about how to resize the sidebar. I just looked at the code for the ventrilo banner and the IP can not be changed to join now. But I can write up a html link on top and add a Click to JOIN.
just to clarify: I didn't mean to resize the sidebar, but just the elements on there. I think if it is possible to make the two server widgets smaller, so they can fit next to each other, then valuable space will be freed up for the other widgets. And it would look clearer. Because right now, all I see when I come to the site is the first post and then the two server boxes in the sidebar. If the "recent comments" section was also in there (without me having to scroll down), I might be enticed to click on another post instead of leaving immediately.
the template which you have put is not that attractive if you change that template it will be more good. can you pls review my blog also http://honeymooninkerala-wilson.blogspot.com/
