It is very pink and truthfully looks very amateur-like. First of all get rid of the wordpress.com, spend some money to buy an actual domain. Shorten the margins of the articles and use a bolder found to illustrate the important details of each article. You want your websites to be memorable, by having such a long domain name i would have a hard time remembering what your site was.
Justin is write pink color is not making any good for the blog. you should change the color. if you can get domain for blog you will be able to get and do lots of stuff with the blog.

Nice wordpress theme.. No complain about it.. As for SEO, you rank better on Bing but it will get better if you keep on building backlinks on Google Nice investment, tho..
Generally speaking I think it gets the job done pretty well. There could be tweaks here and there, such as not having the tag cloud which is more commonly used on a typical blog and not as much on a site meant to be more commercial in nature. All that being said, it comes down to content.
If I were you, I would rather you host your blog on a paid hosting rather than having it on a free wordpress site.
