You need a logo [which will be describing your service or product], Change your content’s font [Verdana and size 10] and also change the search box color [as like white].

Good design and color schemes and it was fast in loading.The contents are well organised but you can add them to separate pages to reduce the size of the home page..

 

It looks like it contains a lot of valuable info but I hope you dont mind me saying tht it looks kind of boring
Use some images and video to liven it up
People stay longer on sites with pics and video
Also offer a freebie and build a list
