The template and layout looks attractive but the site was bit slow in loading completely.The contents are interesting and useful too.

Well the design is pretty nice. I don't like the ads but that 's just me, can't stand photo ads in posts. I think you're doing a good job in terms of the "look" of the blog but you're niche is not all that great. I know I don't, and not too many if any people I know, subscribe to blogs "about anything and everything". To be quite blunt, if you advertise to everyone you advertise to no one. What particular target audience did you have in mind? Who are they and what content do THEY like? That's the key to subscribers and successful blogs.
