    The template and layout look simple and need to improve in the design part.Add a goodlooking banner with attractive logo.Contents are interesting and need to add more.

    Try to find a more interesting design -- the one you have now is a bit dull. I would also remove the ad that appears when a user visits the page -- surfers hate this.

    I still confused with the word 'dull'. Can you explain it more?

    Sometimes I think so, but I ignored it, because maybe it will be nothing. I mean people won't take it as a problem. But I was wrong. I will fix it. many thanks.. ;)

    You need to change your header to give it more exposure. Maybe a logo or something along the line. You are also wasting a lot of space on the right side column. Close the gap and add more contents!
