    The layout looks simple and not related to your blog.

    -first things first, change the title tag from ALL CAPS. not good!!
    -Change the adsense background to match your site.
    - use a wider format to fit 1024 screen to have more space to work with
    - Your site is about movies not Harry potter, right? so take the harry potter image out. Its too distracting.
    -get a header image instead of the background one.

    Look I reckon it looks good. The text is really readable even though there is an image behind.
