    You should consider self hosting under your own domain. Costs a bit more but worth it. See Mike Volpe's article on his HubSpot blog. Starting a blog, should I create my own domain or use blogspot to increase earnings?

    it is copied but I haver permission, but looks the thing is I wil lget alot of viists because they can find all about sites in my blog, they odntn eed to visitother blogs

    On some screens the content appears "forced" into a tiny box so you may want to make the menu smaller and the content bigger.

    I think it needs more photos (stock) and / or graphics. Also more color (it's very gray). Also agree with the others that you should self host and not host through wordpress.com. You don't own your address. You can use banners with a self-hosted wordpress blog.
