looks good i like the color scheme for the entire site, the quotes kind of appear a bit too big seem outta place, but very nice blog!
Smooth clean look. You might consider grabbing the "Sociable Plug in" for bookmarking. It was place option for bookmarking on each article. Also maybe use Googles rounded corners option so the adsense blends.
The site looks good but I think you should change the color scheme of the adsense ad in the header so it matches the theme of the site.
Your blog should try to answer.. for whom you are writing? Is it the new content writer? Why should he read and learn from you? To know how to make money? Who makes 'worth mentioning' money by writing and the reader of your blog should take away with him something .... why should he come back? It's a good start, but I don't like how your ads take over half the site. Make them smaller if possible
