The design looks plain, you should get a logo for the site and add more colors
into the color scheme to make the site look more attractive.

 

You have good name/URL
I would add a logo.
Also, the right side (Recent posts, categories, etc) should have more thought invested. it looks a little messy and bland

 

Thanks for the feedback. Made a design contest for a new logo and gonna do something with the right side design over the weekend.

Your blog looks good though I think it would look better if you change the color of your background. It looks too bright and quite hard for eyes.

 

Yea its fine, but orange doesnt feel right in there.

There are alot of themes out there. You should try that.

I would change the background from orange to a slighlty lighter colour.

Apart from that all good!
