    If its possible to get the adsense under the headline of the latest post id put it there. Also youve currently got ur menus and adds on the right handside. Ive always found that my adds on the left get clicked more.

    check out ctrtheme for wordpress, i don't say buy it, but look at the video and look at their ad placement, that's what you want to imitate.

    You could place the adsense block that mimmicks a horizontal menu tab on the home page also.

    Google adsense well in that place and at that size in your web site .your site is good enough for Adsense program.
