Its opened today, and I really need some tips to make it better and also some traffic tips would be even greater. And I want this plugin used here: http://bdgamers.net/
They show up some tags in each post. Does anybody know what plugin that is called?

if i were you i would disable calendar .

 

Looks ok generally but I prefer a darker color for headlines instead of a light blue. Because it's over white color.
