The Site is all plain, white and nothing Put some color anyways talking about Placement and blending, Ads are not blended well, the Ad on the sidebar need to be in White background so that it blends well with the rest of your site (btw never knew Vienna named OS is coming soon thanks for letting us know )
your reviews are very much important to me...... i will change my site according to your suggetions......
I would use the same grey background on your ad and place it on your border (the border makes it obvious that it's an ad).
