You could seriously use a new logo for starters. Your categories block needs some alignment, rather then that your off to a good start the rest seems simple and neat i suppose. Good luck!
In your menu you have "Movie Trailers" and "Game trailers". I'd make the word "Tailers" consistent and either capitalize it or not.
Overall a nice appearance. I was a bit confused though by the banner add for web hosting at the bottom. Could you find an affiliate program for something related to the theme of the site?
It's nice and handy, but I wonder how much staying power it has. What are you offering that I couldn't find on Google or Yahoo? Maybe to set your site apart, or give your visitors a reason to come back is to review these movies. And, I mean your own review with your own thoughts and opinions, and not links to what you would find on E!
