    Hi Rans,

    Nice blog! I'd get rid of the ad unit that is half way down the page and add the square ad unit within your top 2 posts (have the text wrap around it). It'll definitely increase ad visibility and CTR.

    your ads are so away from your real content. you must insert one ads unit inside your blog posts
