    your ad placement is good , maybe you can make the navigation bar unit color also black.

    Best advice i can give you is that Adsense is all about testing and tracking. Use channels to track your performance and experiment until you get a winning combination. Just because one change increases your CTR don's stop experimenting. Another change might increase it more

    all the placement looks good add a banner at the bottom that will get you some extra clicks.
