I edited a WordPress theme to show Bleach episodes, and wanted to know how well I did! check it out: http://watch-bleach-online.com/watch-bleach-episode-1 I think it looks a lot better than most Bleach websites! (And has 100% less ads )
I like the style and simplicity, very nice. For some reason episode 2 took a long time to load, I also checked episodes 1, 3, and 4 which seemed to load and buffer fine. If you want a specific comparison put in a link to another Bleach site and I'll check out both.
