mmm...the design is good but those white beaches and palms look more as Cancun for me than Barcelona...and this city is much more than just the beach, it has much cultural richness....I would use more brown colors and native buildings pics in the design...also the words on top are too small.....hope it helps
I really liked the site. The sitemap fascia and the page title can be somewhat improved but otherwise the theme is great.
Nice header image, looks attractive but the title looks simple, try to make it with some more graphics style.
