    Your logo on the left is looking great, but the rest of the banner looks a bit sloppy and amateuresque. The white lines seem a bit 'out there' and the red-to-transparent gradients look careless and unstylish. I suggest exploring simplicity and negative space in your next design for the banner.

    Not bad at all, I like the reflection on the second logo. Do you have some sort of motto that you could put on the banner? It wouldn't look so "dry" like it is now.
