    It's not bad at all for a first.
    Design-wise, it could be improved on a lot of things. But it doesn't look boring or ugly, so you've done a good job without doing much on designing it :)

    Look good, i'm really interested to view the site now :) but, if you can, make it animated, text in the left, and in the right, slide show the currently images, maybe bigger images, if fits.
