    I suggest changing the file format. Gif compression is hurting that image.

    hmm...sorry, but the banner isn't exactly awesome. Try to use some lighter colours and resize the banner, perhaps it will look better!

    The speakers are not very clear (It has rough edges). The colors used are not very suitable.
