you can find free themes here or buy professional wordpress themes here
then you can make unique, logo, favicon and them add more posts.

 

yea, add a theme, a logo/header, more content, whatever you do, make sure its not boring.

Oh yea, one more thing, if your in the niche of a surgeon, etc, gotta make sure you know your stuff "really well"... good luck
