The header looks great! I simply loved it. About the navigation in the header as well as the top navigation bar, they look a bit odd. I mean you've added them almost together, with each other, and they both have almost the same links. I think you can get rid of one of them. Maybe you can shift the orange navigation below the logo, and chift the content (below the logo) to where the orange navigation is right now. Then add links like Login and Sign up in the grey naigation along with links like Blog etc. and remove the repeating links from this grey nav bar. Hope this helps
