Please Review My Arcade Site

    Hello,

I'd like my arcade site: www.arcadism.com reviewed. I know it has a pretty dull layout, but I plan on heavily modifying it soon. It gathers around 70 uniques per day on average, and today it hit record game plays with 560.

Could you give an estimation of value too? I may sell the site.

    Thanks,

    Lee.

I feel the design is not bad.. surf the net for other arcade sites and get ideas to design it well...

    as for now it OK.

Nice catch up on the domain name :)
You can place a 468*60 banner beside the logo. That will work great for you.
Plus, you can increase the font size of the logo as well.

The site is looking great. Plenty of games & easy to choose. Thumbs up.
The word "[ 103 plays ]" might be look better in normal font.

    hi m8
i own a arcade with the same script @ http://piggymoo.com/arcade
i suggest that you also add a catagories type thing, so you don't have to scroll down:p , its pretty simple to make, i'm sure you can do it even prettier:p

    Couple tips:

    1. Fix the spelling of Categories
    2. Make the Categories label and the actual categories next to it the same font and size as the Google text links
    3. Place the Google text links directly underneath the Categories section, so it looks like a continuation of it

Good site btw. I'm working on my own arcade site. Any advice? :)

Thanks very much for all your advice. MrX I totally agree, the spelling is absolutely appalling, but at least I didn't make those mistakes.. some illiterate person made the script lol!

I'll have a go at editing the layout soon, and I'll take on board all your tips :)

P.S. Could any of you give a value estimation on the site?

    Thanks,

    Lee.

I noticed the huge block of text at the bottom of the page. I guess you are going for some SEO there, but you might want to try to reformulate that big list of keywords into something a bit more useful, if possible. For example, make it into something a human might care to read, and include deep links into your site from relevant keywords. This could move it from the realm of keyword stuffing to something that is even more useful for SEO as well as your visitors.

Nice design and good site overall.
My only comment is, maybe it would be better if you would just feature few games per category in the index page so the user wont have to scroll down that much. Just add a "More" link.
Another things is i wish you can spice up your banner by putting more elements into it:)
