do you think the placement is right? is it too in your face? thanks

 

You are talking about the adsense ads right? I only see one link unit. With this kind of ad placement, your CTR will be low. However, the ad box that says "Advertise with us" is in the right place.

 

Advertise with us section is also google ads, but on a rotation with adtoll.

There's alot of blank grey space and text without alot of images or anything to get users excited about the site.

I'd say you need some major colour changes and to bump up the size of you game thumbs to start.
I have a feeling your bounce rate is really high currently.

no my bounce rate is just below 50% and i dont really understand where the blank grey space is? i agree on the that im going to change. i looked in to that uploas but it looked to spammy.

 

remove the words (Advertise with us) and put alink unit under the header
