Please review my approach

Hi, i have created this site for a construction/development company so that they can showcase their current and past projects. I tend on having a new theme in place for each project that is currently being built.

So when you go onto this site you will be greeted with quite a large introuduction (which is the view from the new project/housing estate that is currently being built). As soon as this project is finished i will use a new theme to match the new current project.

I think the approach is good. It is more into Web 2.0 theme approach.

Well designed. What can I say? It's neat, too.

 

Site a little slow to load with all the graphics.

 

Yeah, not bad..Everyone says flash is overrated, and unnecessary, but this is a time where I think it fits, besides, I like flash anyway.

 

The home page image and the graphics are so beautiful but it takes so long to load, you must increase the navigation speed and nothing bad to say about the creativity, excellent.

Looks nice but as you know there is a whole lot of flash there and that won't help you much with the search engines.

The top graphic is too big in my opinion. I have to scroll down to see all the content! Many people will leave because they WON'T KNOW that they need to scroll.
