Hi everyone,

Thank you for taking the time to review my site.
I launched it on Jan.31st and the purpose is to serve renters and landlords around the Greater Toronto Area.

I appreciate all comments and suggestions. Anything that can make the site better and add value to users.

Looks really good to me, no complaints on the design at all. Content seems solid.

Although you're going to have a tough time competing with Craigslist and Kijiji.

 

I think the site looks great, good clean template, easy to use... it has nice features as well.

 

The template and layout looks very professional with good functionality and it was fast in loaidng too.The contents are well organised with attractive images and the site was user friendly..

 

the design is already good...simple but detail..congrats

 

Thank you all for the positive feedback. I really appreciate all the postings. If anyone have a good idea on how the site could get more listings and traffic that would be a big bonus.

Can someone provide me some negatives to my site?

 

Very clean and easy to navigate design. Crisp graphics. Put a contact phone number on the front page. Move items under "Post" on right hand side to the left hand side to even the balance of the site. Good luck.

Super user friendly, I dont see it not getting many hits by apt surch users once it hits the upper pages on search engins...

Does anyone else have an opinion on which side the items under "POST" should be? Right side or Left side?

I like it. I like how the colors flow throughout the whole page. Even to the very bottom right side. Great! I see someone mentioned Craigslist. You, too, can advertise on Craigslist, I believe. Perhaps you may want to consider Jeff Johnson's technique of having Google rank your site high on the list by utilizing the three Blog link connections. His Traffic Launching System. It has some key points. I just learned this technique.
