HI, this is my animation website its great i think it has decent traffic ... I want everyone to review and maybe give me a idea wat is the best to advertise this website

if I can be very honest.

You should def. need to redo the design, it looks like you made the site with geocities or what ever.
Your navigation shouldn't change when you click a-z( a new nevigation appears which doesn't fit the site at all)

the google placement could be better on some places to, sometimes they are reaching another one, it gives a feeling that you only put the site to make money.

Overal conclusion, ask someone to redesign your site and you will attract so much more people

I agree with what has been said thus far I think the site would look much better
if you got a professional template.
