Nice simple layout with unobtrusive ads. Yeah, the 'about' page will get you booted out of AdSense/Google quicker than you can blink for 'keyword stuffing' - best remove the content for now.
I think the site looks too plain... what would make it look better is a header w/ several photographs, nicely blended together.
Looks nice. My one suggestion would be that for diff articles you write shorter info on it, and click on the picture to get the rest of the info. That way you will keep it interesting and ppl do not have to scroll through text!

So that I don't cover stuff the other people have already mentioned, I think you can make the top banner a bit more interesting (i.e. it's just simple black at the moment, and blurry gray around the person in focus).
aishwarya rai is 3rd class man. abhishek not looking his husband he looks down in front of that aunt(aish.) on whole i dont like both . too many ads in ur site
