First of i looked at the page use have placed in your post the ads look very nice they blend well.
But then i click to your home page and all i can say is wow the ads are halfway off the page i would center them if i was you use this simple code to do so

yes i think it is fine i belive it will produce more clicks on your ads

 

I thinks the link is ok over there..just let the link experience a month and see the result..you would change the link format anytime you linke

upper half page is missing any content, i mean visitors need to scroll down for the content... as i read some where, google may ban adsense accounts, if we miss the content in upper half of the page.. so thats what i doubt about.. is it ok now??

PS: my CTR is around 1% only
