I'd put the link block below the menu and belnd it better. eg black bg with white links.

Also I don't think those link units are allowed right next to animations or movies.

Try some bigger ads, as they will be clicked more often!

Your site ads placement is good, but, the ads are very small, and in that case may be clicked alot less than the bigger ones. Maybe consider a larger block etc. Other than that, good job with the site.. keep on building and you will be able to make a good profit through adsense.. how are the hits on the site so far?

 

The site was very slow with your more image...

 

Great site with lots of info! However ads are very small. It would be better if you used larger blocks so that they could be seen. These small ads blends perfectly with your site colors yet its hard for them to be seen. =)
