Please review my Adsense placement on my (german) forum for patients

    I am running my german forum for patients with questions for 3 years now and the earnings are nice.

    However there is always room for improvement

    Please let me know any ideas you might have to optimize my adsense placement

    Then I had to remove a large rectangle from the 2nd post ads.

    I don't really like mixing content with ads in this way but thanks for the suggestion

    who would have guest that my fourth best earning location on my forum is a 200x90 link unit placed next to the posting rules at the bottom of each thread?

    horizontal banner would bring better CTR when placet above the forum content.
