    Is my adsense placement good?
    Should I add more image ads or change some from skyscraper to rectangle?
    How is my site's design?

    I would put the ads in the middle instead of the sidebar. I do like the links unit on top of the page, looks like the main menu of the site. Do you get any clicks from there?

    i thnik your should replace that header to the more small one..
    i suggest you to change to another suitable wordpress theme..
    your site will be more attractive and smart..
