    Try a block ad format somewhere along the left side, where all the other text blocks are.

    Make your ads border transparent, and add 1 link unit in footer.

    Its pretty OK. About the border, either remove them or make the second one (in the middle of your site) red.

    I'd change the site a bit. Well a lot. i don't like your template, and i think that's why you are having trouble finding places for the adsense. Maybe add a navigation bar somewhere and make more than just an index file. Just my 2 cents.

    - Make your borders white
    - Change your text color to black (so the link color stands out)

    Try not to use borders.. especially when your tables in your content area doesn't perfectly align with the width (it makes it obvious that it's an advertisement) the key is blending.
