I would spread out the ads a bit. You get 3 ad units to place on a page, no sense of bunching them all in one spot. Work on bleding some link units somewhere in the content, and take out the 'Advertisement' text.

    Good luck

Removing the 'advertisement' text is the first thing that caught my attention. Also, you will want to move some of those ads above the fold of the website - I had to scroll down to see most of them and a lot of folks will not scroll. Is there a way to push anything into the top header? a nice horizontal ad panel, well blended, could yield good results.

Put some ad between the contents with the same background color so it looks like the ads are part of the contents. Learn how to monetize it not from adsense only but from other methods as well. Check out problogger.com on how to earn from blogging.
