This is not necessarily not allowed. You are not tricking anyone into clicking. You are clearly representing this link as a sponsored link. You are just formatting it as though it were a part of your site. This is good publishing practice.

Now, if I was an advertiser, I might be a bit annoyed by your tactic...

 

Thank you for your opinion. I will maybe write an email to them but then I am running the risk of being asked to remove it or even worse, get banned, which in my opinion should be wrong because I am apparently not breaking any rules from what I know.

 

3-5 out of 7. Believe me its easy it is EASY to get banned. If you even think ti can be taken as bannable remove it or suffer the consequences.

 

surely asking them won't offend them? though i guess you'll be sticking you head over the parapet?

 

I think I will do so and see how things places out.
