That black banner on top is too far away from your content...Do you have many clicks from it?

I would put a 336X280 large rectangle either right before or right after the first headline. So looking at your page right now I would put it right before or after "Say 'Hi' first:"

I would also blend your ads in, get rid of the green blocks and make them white.

For your top banner in black, I'm of the same opinion, not blended at all in your content(I noticed the nice overlapping of the the black note though), but it really depends on how well it is performing at the moment, if you're happy with the CTR (more than 3% for example) then keep it, otherwise try to blend it with green colors just above the adlink (which is well blended)

The small square on the right is well blended, but don't know if it performs well.

The last 468x60 banner might do well, but it stands out (with a recall of the colors at the top, which is fine)

So really, since you're using channels to track each adsense block, it's up to you to decide if you're happy with the CTRs and why not make changes like I said for the top banner, but in this case, note the day on which you made the change (somewhere on a textfile on your desktop) and come back in one week or less to see if the change benefits you or not.

Then it could be worth trying to remove that black 728x90 and get it in green just above the adlink, this would not remove clicks from the adlinks and would perhaps increase the Click Through Rate of the 728x90.

Or if it's too much hassle to try that, because of the HTML design, what you can do quickly is remove that small black square on the right (which might not be very good anyway, can be replaced with a small graphic for any affiliate thing) and replace it with a green 728x90 just above the adlink while keeping the black 728x90 on top, of course your content will sink 90 pixels down but perhaps this combination will substantially increase your revenues.

I say remove this small square, so you'll have only 2 adsense blocks, then you can add an adsense block in green just above the adlink, that's what I was suggesting here :
    "
a green 728x90 just above the adlink while keeping the black 728x90 on top
    "

I have to agree with the background music. It's really annoying when your browser gets hijacked by a video or audio. You should give your visitors a chance to listen to the song and not have it come on automatically. Can you imagine what would happen if I was, say, at work trying to surf the net while the boss was walking around? LOL.

In that case I'd be more into using a 300x250 block than a 336X280 which Moe suggested, mostly because the 300x250 can display an image if there's one who is paying better than any (or the sum of?) of the available text ads. 336x280 cannot display images.

Of course I agree with the background music comment, most unpolite to do that to your visitors, they could be already listening to music and imagine if every webmasters were doing that. Then of course your site is related to music, but not a good enough reason in my view.

the thing is I don't want to seperate my nagavitor and ads link.
I try this before and get more click.

and if I have two board leader ads on top of page, that will be too much.

Maybe I should change the whole design?

for the sound. oh yeah,, I am going to make it not too loud or remove it. hehe. my friend suggest too.

Thank you! AS for the sound - I was at work, and was fairly embarrassed!

One mistake i see a lot of ppl make is getting stuck on one type of layout. with my suggestion, and with the additions of others, you won't have to separate/change any of your content blocks. You can take that main section i pointed out earlier, and have the content wrap around the ad block (and be sure to blent the border in to the bg color)

This type of placement generally preforms very well for most.

Hope this helps, and keep us posted with your results.

OK, so a last suggestion would be :
remove the small square so you can add an adsense block somewhere, make it a tall 160x600 and stick it on the left sidebar, between "MTV News corners:" and "Blogs & Links:" with border_color WHITE and blue_title (blue like the other links), with black text and url.

I think you'll get better clicks than the small square.

Why not remove it completely? I don't see any real incentive to keep it, but a lot of cons against keeping it. Unless you really, really just like the idea of having a site with embedded sound. :)

better - but still room for work in my opinion. can you move your ipod image and let youer main content fill that whole space? it distracts users from the main content.(and from your adsense block)

also, I have found, and i have heard that others have found that instead of meshing the block in to the middle of the article, do either a top left, or top right placement and let the content wrap around it.
