On the homepage I suggest you place the the ads above its current position, it's visibility down there it's quite low. I'd also try a color scheme that is more aggressive Edit: I now realized you have image ads already on top ... forget about my 1st suggestion.
for home page : i suggest you to move adsense to the top pf the pages . for sub pages : i think you must use bigger adsense units like 366*280 . your adsense units are so small . your visitors will not see the ads on your pages
