    Please review it. And give me some improvement to do

    You might want to change External Links to Our Sponsors or Advertisement. I don't think Google likes External Links

    Oh yeah you cannot disguise or mislead the google ads....you better change this or you may get banned!

    The theme is quite boring according to the domain name tey to change the theme and try some different colors :)

    I cant see the ads eather.. http://kuler.adobe.com/ <---------there you´ll have a good site to get a colorscheme with 2-3 colors you can use over your whole site. That will make your site look more professional and complete.
