    I like the placement - very good. Instead of putting 4 videos, you may put youtube video with adsense. It may increase you adsense earning!

    on the top its good.on the side also good but on the buttom no because its near to your text so put little bit down.and change colour

    They're good but you might want to consider moving the ads at the right side bar to the left side.
