Please review my ad placements - Proxy

I would appreciate it if you guys could take a look at my proxy www.unlockbrowse.info and see what you think about the ad placements used on it. Also, do you think it's a good idea to use an image ad at the bottom or is text the way to go? Thanks.

P.S Bare in my it is a proxy so the advert/content ratio is gonna be pretty high

i think 1 horizontal ad at the top would be enough below a banner...
