    your color selection for the site is good. you can use link unit s also . current placement is good. try rectangle box also that will give good CTR

    Maybe the layout is good but my CTR is low.... The Avg CTR last month was 6.17%

    How do I increase this???

    6.17% is not that bad.

    I think that the ads you're using do not complement well your design.
    Your content is organized in small rectangles, so you should use a small rectangle ad unit (try the "Small Square (200 x 200)") and blend it with the content by putting it in a green rectangle like all the other stuff.

    May work or not. Give it a try for a few weeks, compare CTR, and see what work best.

    I'd also put an ad unit (468*60) at the right of your top "Web Travel" banner, like they did it here on the forum.
