Your ads position is fine but you can do better!

Replace your header with an image Google ads banner (try your best to blend the image to your site header)

EDIT: Or is it a Google ads already

Nice but where is the "ads by google" for the square banner? Do you alter the code?

AdSense placement look nice but you can put one link ads unit...

 

You should also place ads between two lines of pictures.
