    Lose the borders around your ad, by making them white...

    You may want to consider LESS IS MORE on this site and experiment with just a box within the text aligned to the right...

    If I would be in your place I would change the right square ad unit for a skyscraper in the left sidebar.
    YOU have to remove the latest news and popular titles above your ad units as this might have you banned.

    the top of the page link unit is misplaced you should fix it.
