I will second on improving the header and creating a bigger logo. There's a lot of information there, it's like a huge newspaper. I hope you get many visitors. Good work.

It looks too complicated to my opinion. I think you should make structure more simple. There are too many links so I don't know what they are and where they follow. And I don't like google adsence on the top of the website! I think you should change its location!

It's too busy, too small of print, was designed on an old web developer's program that thinks we are still using 4:3 monitors. Everything is widescreen today
