you need another theme that works with static articles. that will give you more pages to put adsense on and with better locations.
you need to shorter each articles and write more articles. Your articles are the way too long. I feel boring to read.Also you need more traffic, try to generate free traffic by exchange link with the other blog admins.
You need to improve your theme, ads placement, add some related picture or video, fix you article (make it more attractive, simple and to the point) I think you need working hard fixing your site. Anyway, it's a nice start

Nice ads placement but don't have contact option for visitors. That will help you to get response from the visitors.
You put so many things in your blog whereas you still have large space. Can you please use another wider themes so you can freely place blog archive widget and shoutmix chat box? I have used a table structure for link exchange and all the links are postted at the top. I think this theme is best and looks pretty.
Then you should check what your layout will look. Sometimes your design looks great in IE but it's bad at Firefox, vice versa. Try to setup layout design that works at least at IE and Firefox. Thanks.
I have checked my blog in internet explorer and firefox too. everything is fine and now my blog looks better as compared before. Any other suggestion???
Your side bar looks a bit "not tidy". Perhaps you can reallocate all those units position a bit to make your side bar looks a bit clean.
