    Review:
    - So when you are selling a specific product as it looks the name of your site suggests you want that front page to represent what you are selling. More than likely, based on that ad, is that your family is more important than your product. Nothing against that but if you are selling something, then make sure that's primary and the family focus is secondary.
    - Promote the services area more, maybe provide a before and after.
    - Your video is great as part of the company introduction
    - Request information button seems small - again the idea is to get people to your site and buy your product - Order now button in Red might look better, because having the button in blue just blends right into the site... I honestly could hardly see it.
    - How about asking for testimonials right in the homes that you have cleaned? Just an idea to add that family touch while still focusing on the sale.
    - Maybe some pricing on the site would help too.
    - you are ranked well for ppl looking in seattle carpet cleaning... I would say overall your theme probably has to change to something more eye catching. Not flash, just plain clean, fluid.

Hope my critic wasn't too much.

The graphics of the site have to remain pretty much the same as I am part of a national franchise. The button I agree is kinda hard to notice and is already planned to be changed. Before and After photos is a good idea also, thanks for the review IM2030.
