    It doesn't look like there is a direct focus yet, and I mean, the first post on the page talks about a privacy policy...That will make your bounce rate skyrocket, and I don't think anyone has to say why. Content is needed, and some of the posts lower are good, but you need to optimize your site from the beginning

    It looks ok, I would reduce the size of the header image with the football by 75% since you also have a google ad banner and top navigation.
